I don’t think Trump has any understanding of the Constitution. When Trump was asked why he was conservative, he said something about conserving things. I don’t think he has any concept of limited government.
At least try and get his words correct. Your take on something you thought you heard won’t cut it. It is a lengthy answer and really quite reasonable
