It’s not becoming. It exposes her not so great bone structure.
She is copying style of the wife of the “President” on House of Cards. Her black pant suit etc is spot on for this character. She may think this is a “power” look.
Her new hairstyle is not an aesthetic asset, to be sure. . . and she's not yet to a stage in life where the long hair can become a negative. So, curmudgeon that I am, I suspect that it was done expressly to stop the damage done by insinuations about her abilities as a "journalist," versus her abilities as a "hot blonde."
(Despite her real/imagined credentials in either case, I have long considered Ms Kelly to be over-rated.)
Because of her hubris, Megyn Kelly inadvertently became the origin of a catastrophic fracture that exposed the duplicity of the Fox/Murdoch media empire. If she starts wearing sack cloth, then I'll change my opinion and regard her haircut as a form of penance.
