Why couldn’t Hogan round up even a few votes to prevent the override?

I had read that he supposedly was a surprisingly popular and effective Republican governor of a Blue state.

I guess not.

Maryland Senate
33 Democrats, 14 Republicans

Maryland House of Delegates\
Democrats 91, Republicans 50

Most of the rats refuse to act for the people and are under the hard thumb of the leadership.

The people voted strong for Hogan but the General Asylum is still in rat hands.

This place is so corrupt that the Senate office building is named after the current sitting Senate President for Life Mike V. Miller
