Damn! Can we delay Obama’s appointment, whomever it may be? Will the GOP even stand up THAT much?!
He won’t get to stack the Court if the pubbies refuse to move on his successor’s nomination. That will be the great test for our “Republican Senate.”

If the Republicans in the Senate rush the nomination through as could and should be expected, this death could well be the coup de grace to the Republic.
