“Trump, until 5 minutes ago, publicly defended the view that”
And as governor Ronald Reagan signed the bill legalizing abortion in California when in 48 other states it was illegal. Would Reagan have been allowed to change his mind in your world?
That bill was going to pass with or without Reagan's signature. In 1967, abortion wasn't even on the radar and was a topic that garnered almost no public discussion. Reagan was always repulsed by abortion. Trump was well into his 50's and still supported partial birth abortion. His position was during a time when it was one of the most publicly debated topics and every adult knew what was involved. He may have changed his mind, but what kind of man isn't against partial birth abortion in his 50's? Is he now a man who has finally found compassion for the most innocent and vulnerable of humanity, or is he a political opportunist?
That's why his August 2015 comment about his sister making a phenomenal USSC justice is disturbing at best.
Please don't compare that spoiled brat cry baby phony Trump to President Reagan.
There's a big difference between...
"Mr Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"
and...
"Vladimir Putin's praise is 'a great honor'... It is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond"
