“Could” mark the end of the constitution? It damn well DOES!!! A number of members of the court, going back DECADES have dispensed with legality and reason to serve THEIR ideology. That number has risen to a solid majority if the demon in the whitehouse has his way (a way that has not been impeded of late). We WILL be ruled by this self serving oligarchy UNLESS we the people throw them off.
