Obviously 9/11/2001 is a date that happened when Bush was President but Trump meant it to try and associate Bush with not keeping Americans safe do you agree with that? Do you seriously agree that George W. Bush did not keep America safe post 9/11 which was caused by Clintons refusal to act against Terrorism.... This history is already litigated on September 12th 2001 George W. Bush was at over 90 percent approval rating.... Was Trump some outlier than?
