Trump Family Pingers have alerted us to another rally today, Feb 15, 2016 @ Holiday Inn Charleson-Mt. Pleasant. 12 noon (EST) We have one live thread, but as we get closer we suppect there will be others. A press conference is scheduled for 2:30pm All EST.
Whereby the other candidates are playing it safe, there's Trump holding a press conference and fielding questions from the press!!!!
No matter what you think of the man, he brings energy to the job of presidency.

I missed the debate, and of course, I can’t find a straight answer form anyone on it.
They asked Trump about cussing on the campaign trail? What did he say in response?
All kinds of posting this AM from you know who on Cruz and Bush, yes Bush, winning the debate.
As to cussing on the trail: Ask Harry Truman.

Truman and Nixon all cussed behind closed doors. Don’t recall anyone cussing on the trail like Trump. You can also google him and you’ll be shocked.
But, then again, he’s a voice from our past. He’s our Andy Jackson.
Trump basically said he was going to stop swearing, because it doesn't need to be a campaign issue.
I didn't watch or listen to the debate (sorry, NASCAR was on!) but I was reading the live thread. With all the invaders posting I couldn't keep up with the reading. So I think Trump was winning. ;)

Basically, he said the press lied when it put a BLEEEP in, where Trump was silent, because the BLEEEP makes people think Trump was saying a broadcast forbidden word. Trumps did not say a broadcast-forbidden word, he was silent.
In addition to that ..

It is very unfair, that criticism. Now, I will say this, with all of that being said, I have said I will not do it at all, because if I say a word that's a little bit off color, a little bit, it ends up being a headline.
I will not do it again. I was a very good student at a great school not using -- by the way -- not using profanity is very easy.
I doubt he'll keep his word on that, and any public lapse will be used to paint him as untrustworthy.
Remember when Dick Cheney called Adam Clymer a "major league asshole"? That was cheered at FR. Now Trump repeats or says Cruz is a pussy, and the fainting spells commence. Pretty funny stuff.
Was it at this point in the debate where he mentioned Bush saying he could pull down his pants and moon the audience, but the press never reports his bad remarks?
I understood him to say he would not do it. However, he does not consider some words cursing as many do, for example, the use of hell.
No, that exchange was earlier in the debate. Unsolicited, and in the context of immigration.
TRUMP: Now I don't often agree with Marco, and I don't often agree with Ted, but I can in this case. The weakest person on this stage by far on illegal immigration is Jeb Bush. They come out of an act of love, whether you like it or not. He is so weak on illegal immigration it's laughable, and everybody knows it.
Bush reacted to that, claiming that Trump disparages women, the disabled, and John McCain (but I repeat myself). Trump's rebuttal injected Jeb's "I could moon the audience and the press wouldn't report it", more or less out of the clear blue.
