Former Governor Jeb Bush has a much more serious eminent domain problem to reconcile than current media reports are discussing.

During his tenure as Florida Governor Bush initiated the largest eminent domain private property confiscation in the history of the Sunshine State.

Bush’s action is now costing the State of Florida hundreds of millions in lawsuits and legal fees.

During a period from mid-2000 to January 2006 the Florida Department of Agriculture, at the direction of Governor Jeb Bush, began a program to seize and destroy citrus trees from Florida residents. Former Governor Jeb Bush has a much more serious eminent domain problem to reconcile than current media reports are discussing...

As voters in New Hampshire heard on Saturday night, Jeb Bush believes it a horrible thing to seize property from private citizens; yet history would reflect when Jeb Bush himself was governor of the state of Florida – not only did he order seizures, by force, but Bush also refused to reimburse the residents for the property he unlawfully ordered to be removed and destroyed.

Eventually the Florida State Supreme court ruled the entire process was unconstitutional government eminent domain overreach

And that should make every one of those employee’s and the deputies CRIMINALLY and Personally CIVILLY LIABLE for their blatant Illegal Criminal Actions.

Trump is hitting Bush with all the eminent domain infractions of Bush. It is all over his social media today. Remember Trump has over 13 million on his social media between Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. With retweets he is probably reaching 30-40 million daily.

His social media is now growing by 1 million new subscribers per month. His message is more than getting out.

For Pete’s sake, this was to stop the spread of citrus canker, which could have devastated the orange production, and left the growers without any compensation.

It wasn’t using government power to support his private business by seizing land for the business, which is what Trump did. And the only reason he wasn’t able to get away with it was that he was stopped by the court after the old lady filed suit. He had a pretty cozy relationship with corrupt New Jersey government interests.
