This story keeps getting stranger. I am starting to think that there is at least a 25% chance that something worse than incompetence has gone on here.

Looks like there should be an inquest according to their code, since there wasn’t an attending physician

Art. 49.04. DEATHS REQUIRING AN INQUEST.

(6) the person dies without having been attended by a physician;

Your percentage guess is way too low. More like 75+%. Too many unanswered questions even a child might ask. I smell a rat, perhaps even more than one.
