wish Trump would stop attacking Cruz.

BIG difference is, Cruz is going after Trump's policies and where he stands on issues, and pointing out where they differ, as any candidate competing for an election would do.
whereas Trump goes after Cruz for the way he's running his campaign and making up empty baseless attacks against his character. Not once have I heard Trump attack Cruz on any of his policies or stances, nor have I heard Trump defend his, other than call someone a liar.
It is interesting to note, that Ted uses clips of Trumps own words in his ads. It does make it kind of hard to defend against that, so I can understand why the trumpertantrums have commenced.
