OMG. Do people really have so little understanding of how vaccines work, or what they are? A vaccine is a means of teaching the immune system to recognize a disease causing organism and kill it before it causes a disease.
The consequence of women receiving TDaP vaccine during pregnancy is that their bodies make antibodies that will prevent babies from getting diseases like whooping cough until they are old enough to be vaccinated. Most whooping cough deaths are among babies who are too young to be vaccinated.
