Ted’s crapped his bed - and now is getting covered with the stink of it. He’s done that of his own volition. He’s committing political suicide.

That is what Cruz has done. Very stupid to hand someone like Trump your head on a platter. He’s going to use it. Watch him dominate the new cycle this week with all the ammunition Ted gave him. For being so brilliant Ted sure pulls some bonehead moves.
I never dreamed Ted would have burned “principled” to ashes on the altar of winning like he has. Amazing Ted’s book title is “A Time for Truth”. I bought it.
I couldn’t believe Ted forgot Trump was the only one to mention the names of two conservative judges he’d consider appointing at the beginning of the debate. Instead the “brilliant debater” with “a photographic recall of the spoken word” LIED and said “Trump will appoint liberal judges.”
Wow. What a stupid tactical mistake. It shows canned soundbites overruled smart tactical maneuvering - Ted didn’t recognize the battle field changed with Trump’s mentioning the two conservative judges he’d appoint. He ran with the canned soundbite anyway. Very bad mistake, very bad tactical judgment. That was stunning. Ted’s just another status quo puppet politician. I’ll too vote for him as the nominee but it will be a default “cream of the crap vote for me”.

The divide is between Trump, who has put forth some real fundamental changes in direction on immigration, trade and taxes and the rest of the GOP field, who are buy conducting a “I’m the real Conservative I can fix this”” politics as usual campaigns.
This is where you political Establishment types get Trump’s support all wrong. You keep thinking it is about emotion or “get even with themism”.
No it is about the need for a fundamental change in political outlook in DC rather then merely another round election year musical chair where one set of professional politicians replace the other set.
Trump supporters are not looking for “punishment” they are LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS.
Coming from the guy who's preferred candidate couldn't get 500 people to come out and support him...even if he held the rally in Canada.
Cruz lost me with his Marjoe Gortner routine. Maybe after his shortened senate career he can get a truck and a tent and do revivals in dusty towns and take five dollar bills from the locals.
Everyone who has not voted for trump still outnumbers those who did. I will burn through every last one of the alternatives before not voting for the orange fascist.

The sad thing is that Trump is doing in spades to Cruz what Trump accuses Cruz of doing to Carson. Essentially, the Cruz team acted on information received from CNN that must have been given them first by Team Carson. That has been show conclusively. Trump continually calling Cruz a “liar” and a “cheater” has been far worse than anything that Cruz is accused of doing to anyone else.
I support Ted in doing whatever he can to derail the orange fascist.Your twisted opinion on Trump aside. If, as a result, Ted wins you will someday regret it.

I don’t know about desperation but I heard him outright lie during a live broadcast press conference Rush ran with.
It was back to the Carson mess and evidently that harpooned his campaign.
Now he said Rubio is holding his campaign tweets about Carson over his head when it was reported Rubio did the same thing. (I agree with that totally).
Then Cruznjumps the shark stating all his campaign did was referred what CNN reported.
HE DOESN’T MENTION HIS CAMPAIGN SUGGESTING CARSON WAS OUT AND THAT CARSON VOTERS SHOULD CAUCUS WITH CRUZ VOTERS.
That right there is Cruz’s lie and the issue IMO.
Trump has openly lied about everything he allegedly believes. But he’s got you, babe.
Trump is treating the primary process like an Audition, while Ted is treating it like an Interview process
Well, don't worry about that. Trump is quickly closing that gap.
Funny, though. Carson is essentially out... and those votes were wasted.
