Not to mention that Cruz promised the American people that he wanted the Gang of 8 bill to pass and bring illegals “out of the shadows”. The only reason the bill actually failed is because Eric Cantor got primaried out of a job.

I’m increasingly convinced that no “True Conservative” can emerge from within the GOP system. The majority that get sent to Washington are either corrupted in short order or were merely playing the part long enough to get on the gravy train.
The few that survive unwanted by exposure will never get the financial or political backing of the party to make it to the White House.
Trump may be a populist rather than a pure conservative, but until Trump or someone like Trump is allowed to clean out the GOP system, the party that is supposed to stand for conservative principles never will stand for anything but self perpetuation.
Well....Let's hope you can continue to feel that way when Trump begins to "NEGOTIATE" away your constitutional rights...
