We need to stop conflating illegal immigrants with legal immigrants. Those are separate issues and should be discussed separately.
As for race, I don’t care. Government should be as indifferent to race as all sensible people are. It’s time to move on and to judge people by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Jeff Bezos, the owner of the WP, founder of Amazon, is a big gay-rights, Democrat party donor. Don’t look for anything but leftist politics from that paper. The purposeful grouping of legal vs illegal immigrants is, to me, the most irritating of the Leftist dirty tricks. Why more people don’t object to this is beyond me. I am beginning to think there really is a huge difference in brain functioning between the Progressives and Conservatives—the battle between emotion and logic.
