Folks buy 100 bucks worth of soft drinks in cans with EBT.
Then they take the cases of soft drinks to another store which buys them at the back door for 60 bucks cash.
And repeat.

Yep.
IMHO a slightly expanded WIC food list should be all you can buy with EBT cards.
The food is bland and boring but very healthy.

Then they take the cases of soft drinks to another store which buys them at the back door for 60 bucks cash.And that 60 gets to the local dealer within minutes... which gets bundled and sent back to Mexico and Colombia and Afghanistan in exchange for the next shipments within a few weeks.
