A Nashville chapter of Black Lives Matter ran into trouble recently when they tried to set up their regular meeting at the North Branch Library in North Nashville. They were told that, unless they changed their rules to accommodate the library’s policy, they had to find a new location. The library policy in question? According to Spokeswoman Emily Waltenbaugh:
"All meetings at our facilities must be open to the general public and news media.
We’re a library. We’re taxpayer funded. We have to be open to anyone anytime."
The Black Lives Matter rule that violates policy? According to group organizer Joshua Crutchfield:
"Only black people as well as non-black people of color are allowed to attend the gatherings."
The group changed their meeting location to a nearby church, announcing the change of venue with the following sign:
The group’s "minority only" rule was brought to the attention of the library by an anonymous patron, at which point the library reached out to Black Lives Matter organizers to inform them of the policy.
They were given the choice to either open their meetings or change locations.
White supremacy in gov, huh? I guess we shouldn’t expect them to know who the president is and the people he appoints.
The irony is BLM will now be meeting in an equal access, non-discriminatory, open and affirming church.
Blatant, moronic, friggin’ racists. Pure and simple.
I sometimes wonder about those blacks and liberal whites who got dog-bit, clubbed, and shot at fighting for equality in the '60s. All their suffering was for nought, as now segregation is pushed by the black KKK, with the tacit support of many brethren who want to stick it to "The Man".
Technically, white is the presence of all colors. Transversely, black is the absence of all color. 'They' aren't black and 'we' aren't white. More like brown and pink.

You see color because of what is reflected.
Red colors reflect red light wave length, blue reflects blue wave blah blah.
White reflects all wavelengths.
Black does not reflect any.

Church: A gathering place for hypocrites.
The organized churches naturally fall prey to this sort of thing. I told my wife I was never going to support the Episcopal church again after the national council bent over backwards to indulge the Democrats WRT the Elian Gonzales affair. I viewed it as likely they had been captured by socialist activism and it would be impossible to undo thanks to the arbitrary nature of the church hierarchy.
Church organization is deliberately ignoring the social consequences of supporting any kind of social evil, no matter how trendy.
Yep . . . They ain’t nothing but a pack of racists all they need is a uniform that includes a black hoody and do some burning. They’re very much like the KKK only they lack the up frontness, formality and being openly organized.

The democrat party is the only group I know that uses racism to cure racism. They use poverty to cure poverty. They use women to beat women down. They use hatred to cure hatred. They use killing to stop killing. They use violence to stop violence. The most bizarre group of people and very very dangerous. BLM is basically Marxist Leninism incarnate.
