As long as you define both as evil, yes you are correct. However, the choices you have defined as evil were not evil at all, just not desired as what you wanted.

Big difference.

The GOPe is fond of saying, “That guy stands for what you believe but isn’t going to win, and that is bad. This guy doesn’t support many of those things, and that is bad, but he can win. Therefore, vote for the one most likely to win since that is the lesser of the two bads.”

I won’t do that. I will vote for the one that has the best history of standing for a smaller, more constitutionally oriented government. If Cruz doesn’t win the nomination I will probably hold my nose and vote for Trump. If Rubio wins, I’ll likely just sit it out.
