There was a Chick-fil-a in the Union at the University of Illinois and it mysteriously lost its lease to a Wendys after 2012. No one had the fortitude to investigate why and make a fuss about it.
This is a good example of why the American Republic was constituted more on self-evident Natural Law than public opinion.
