“The strong horse theory is alive and well, but I donât believe it is the only factor, and weâre seeing evidence of that also.”
That’s a very good point. Many on all sides make the same mistake in this area. They assign some simplistic reason to why voters are supporting a certain candidate, ignoring the fact that reasons for support are many and varied when talking about millions of people making decisions.
The more some dislike a candidate, the more they reach for insulting conclusions about supporters of the candidate in question. It’s immature but common.
Thanks. I agree with that too.
B-b-but the talking heads said that all of Bush’s votes were going to Rubio?
I think you are largely correct.
However, I have to believe that anyone who would support Jeb and then shift his support to Trump is just looking to side with a winner.
Well...
The bush support isn’t going to only the front runner. Cruz and Rubio are getting some too.
I doubt that if Trump were in second, he wouldn’t get some of that support too.
Some of it is front runner related.
that person could be my wife’s cousin’s daughter (what ever that is)
the woman is say 45 or more, scion of a well off family that married poorly and her children have escaped. She is a rock solid Republican.
Having lost W, she might very well prove her being by jumping on the band wagon for Trump. It requires no mental effort and seems like the correct thing to do
I’m t sure he Trumpsters will make an exception for their beloved Donald.
Well I did tell them on Thursday. :-)
Good, looks like this nasty Primary season is finally coming to a close.
Now, since all of the other Republican candidates SIGNED THE PLEDGE, I have NO DOUBT that they will be out there helping Trump in any way possible (except for Jeb, who would hurt Trump if he associated with him).
Latest poll its tied 32% each
another has it 29-28% Cruz
But neither poll fully factors in the huge Trump win 46% in a record NV. turnout.
Wait until after the debate, and weekend just before Tuesday elections.
If Rafael loses TX. he is the Walking Tead
