It’s time for the autopsy of an autopsy. In early 2013—which now seems about as long ago as 1913—the Republican National Committee brought together a brain trust of party elders to figure out what had gone wrong. Barack Obama had just throttled Mitt Romney, the party lost ground in the Senate, and voters who weren’t in the Old Christian White Man demographic seemed increasingly uninterested in buying what the GOP was selling.

“We need to campaign among Hispanic, black, Asian, and gay Americans and demonstrate we care about them, too,†the report continued.
Who knew gay was a color? I must have had a different set of colored crayons in my Crayola box growing up.
-Obama had just throttled Mitt Romney-
Romney took his foot off the gas in the last 2 debates after throttling Obama in the 1st one. Why he did that is the question.
Rush went over this. What it shows is that the majority of Americans reject homosexual marriage, open borders, Muslim immigrants.
From an article in The Weekly Standard.
Donald Trump has yet to win an outright majority in a primary or caucus - though he’s getting closer, pulling in 46 percent of the vote in Nevada. But he’s winning massive numbers of votes.
Mitt Romney won Nevada’s caucus in 2012 with about 50 percent of the vote. He did so by pulling in roughly 16,000 total votes - roughly the same number that second-place finisher Marco Rubio pulled in this year. Donald Trump, by contrast, more than doubled Romney’s total, garnering 34,500 votes.
That pattern has played out across all of the early states, which are seeing huge Trump-inspired (and, at some level, anti-Trump-inspired) turnout.
All told, Trump has now won approximately 420,000 votes. After the first four states had voted in 2012, Mitt Romney had won about 311,000 votes. Back in 2008, meanwhile, eventual nominee John McCain had won a little more than 250,000 votes after Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada had voted.

You didn’t know that gays are the color of rainbows? They just hide it under lots and lots of makeup.
Now, if you ax why they wanted to lose there are theories around for it, but the answer for why The Mittster took his foot off the gas is that he was there to look like he was running a campaign but to lose in the end like only a losing Republican loser can lose.
Weekly Standard?
I hear Steve Hayes is on suicide watch but they won/t let Krauthammer be the attending psychiatrist b/c Dr K advocates mercy killing.
Dr K was overheard begging Fox to let him put Steve out of his misery.
But W/S editor Billy Kristol said no....not until Jeb-You/re-Next gets his.
Billy thinks Jeb deserves it more for running an asinine campaign that cost GOPe millions.
Above DrudgeReport headline currently...
“Trump Has Won More Votes Than Romney At This Point ‘12...
And many more than McCain ‘08...”
At first glance, this seems legit. Or that it could be right?

LOL!!!
HOLY HEDGE FUND! Jeb-You/re-Next spent over $125 million on his failed campaign? The GOPe must be choking on the chilled Cristal, Oestra caviar, and stuffed lobster in the country club Grill Room.
==========================================
IMHO, the ignominious collapse of Jeb-You/re-Next drove a huge stake into the heart of the establishment GOPe. Forget erectile dysfunction. The fallout of being politically castrated is devastating to a powermonger.
The GOPe/s de-b***ing began when candidate Jeb said he didn't need the Republican base .... and proceeded to carry on, business as usual, as his numbers sunk into oblivion.
Jeb telling a key bloc of Republican voters to take a hike is the consequence of the country club GOPe demeaning and dismissing conservatives as not being worthy of their elite party.
The entitled Jeb-You/re-Next took it as Gospel when he heard the Bush elders condescending attitude towards conservatives....people to whom the aristocratic Bush/s feel socially superior.
But the GOPe should know this: they will get no pity from conservatives for their woes......
and we aim to stick their noses in the mess they made every frickin' chance we get.
I think that/s Cruz under the sheet...ROTFLOL.
Look at the color of their hands, they are black
RE: The Testing phase:
This country has had a LOT of Presidents in it’s history who were worse than Trump would be. A LOT.
“Look at the color of their hands, they are black”
Duh.
Apparently, you don’t get the humor of exposing the black protesters wearing costumes posing as KKK members. sheesh.
In 2012 Romney choked. Trump was right he just disappeared the last couple of weeks.
Next time, hire white guys to put on the Klan robes. Or tell the Negroes to wear gloves.
Just knowing how painful it must have been for them to have to write that article makes it all the sweeter.
After lying to us for so many years, I truly hope they live in misery watching all their attempts to thwart the wishes of the American people go down in flames.
Like I’ve said in several previous posts,
“All they can see is that they and so many of their fellow “conservatives” are losing many of their constituents to Donald Trump. They’re frightened and confused, unsure about their future.
Now they know what we’ve been feeling the last few years.
