DEVELOPING: At least two people were killed and up to four others injured in a shooting at a Kansas workplace on Thursday.
The shooting took place at Excel Industries in Hesston, Kan., KSN-TV in Wichita reported.
Victor Ramirez, an employee at the company, told KAKE-TV that at least five people were shot.

Of course the Obama administration has reduced prosecutions for illegal gun possession by criminals, or at the minimum, reduced prosections for attempts to obtain guns illegally by criminals.

Horrible thing to go to work and get blown away by someone you work with. That said, there are so many guns held by people who shouldn’t have them that I don’t know how you get rid of them at this point without an autocratic and massively intrusive government. According to the Sheriff, the first police officer from Hesston went in after the shooter, despite himself being shot at, then took the perp down.
The Sheriff said the police officer’s quick action saved a lot of lives. His name will be released later.
