I’m sure Trump has the best legal advice in the world on this issue and they’ll help him to navigate this issue to general if not universal satisfaction.
The new Kentucky governor said he would release them if elected, and has not yet, and in fact never will. What I can’t understand is that I thought conservatives wanted to abolish the IRS, but there is Cruz, screaming for Trump’s returns! Hypocrites!!
No surprise, I seem to recall Huck making the same argument in one of the previous elections: that the FEC has rules about what you have to release, and if you do that, you’ve met your legal requirements. It’s nobody’s business what your private tax forms say.
Oh, that’s pretty pathetic. So Huckabee showed character by saying Trump shouldn’t have to release his tax returns. What garbage! It’s pure quid pro quo. Trump hires Huckabee’s little daughter — and Huckabee says whatever Trump tells him to say. What a little man! What can you say about a man who released a murder who went to kill four policemen?
I like Huckabee too. Real Clear Politics shows Huckabee being more conservative than most. Of course, people who follow Club for Growth disagree and are pretty nasty when commenting about
Huckabee.
