Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has said private prisons won’t function under his government as he’s planning to ban them.
The Vermont senator has all the needed freedom to do so since, according to his campaign, he has never accepted any funding from prison lobbyists.
On the contrary, sources intimate that his main challenger for the Democratic ticket, former first lady Hillary Clinton, received a sum from the lobbyists to the tune of $133,246.

He wants to treat convicts as the innocent falsely accused because of the color of thier skin
Sanders is right. Take the financial incentive out of the prison system—and you law-and-order types do your research before sounding off. People are being forced into poverty and locked up because they can’t pay in order to feed the coffers of the retired judges, cops and prison officials who form the bulk of the for-profit prison industry.
