THE GOLUX GUIDE TO BROADCAST MANAGEMENT
Here’s how this goes:
1. Talent is immensely grateful for opportunity.
2. Talent gets proud
3. Talent stops listening to programming & management
(and/or)
4. Talent pisses off sales
5. Talent loses confidence of management
6. Ownership doesn’t care
7. Talent does what talent does best: screech, bleat, whinny
8. Management studies contract
9. Management thinks of best way to make Talent quit
9. Management does the thing that will make Talent quit
10. Talent quits.
11. New talent enters.
12. Ownership still doesn’t care. (Return to 1.)
