You fail to understand your use of the accusation “ignorant” is perjorative and completely subjective. It is a label that can be used against absolutely anyone. It carries no information and is not helpful.
If not knowing that judges do not sign bills does not meet the definition of ignorance nothing does.

Unless the geniuses at Powerline think that the Wharton undergrad program admitted knuckleheads it makes little difference.
Wharton undergrad offered real estate studies when Trump attended. When he graduated with a bachelors in economics he went to work full time with his father’s firm.
I'm sure Penn has had it's share of knuckleheads as well as it's share of geniuses.
