Hopefully, SC will be in play for the GOP in November. We need to win it but the numbers don’t look good.

Hillary Clinton: 266,265
Trump 239,850

More people in SC voted for Hillary than for Trump.

SC is a safe GOP state.

No matter who the R candidate is, will win the state going away.

Total Democratic Vote is 362,000

Total GOP vote is 737,000.

GOP almost 350,000 votes ahead.

Hillary is well short of a win in the Palmetto State in November.

There were only two candidates. I would say the more important number is total number that voted in the rnc vs dnc primaries.

More people in SC voted for Hillary than for Trump.

Republican turnout just about DOUBLED Democrat turnout 740 K vs. 365 K. I don't think Republicans have to worry about South Carolina, no matter who the nominee is.

Yeah, Trump had to split the vote 6 or 7 ways, Hillary had one opponent.

Not to worry. The big headline I haven't heard yet is that while black turnout remained steady, white turnout was down significantly.

The BLM bull is going to hurt the D's downstream.

Nobody likes hearing that only someone else's life matters.

that isn’t a fair comparison since there are only 2 D candidates. Remember, Trump had 6 or 7 to compete with. So, these numbers are apples and oranges.

Trump was running against five other candidates; Hillary only one. The Republican voter turnout beat the Democrats by 2:1.
