I don’t hate Trump. I am stating my opinion of his behavior and his lack of principles. I believe he is a bully and con artist. He shouts insults, calls names, and repeats “It will be amazing.” I guess that is fine with you but it is not fine with me.
I was just pointing out that you don’t spend all of your time on here posting comments supporting your candidate like you just claimed.
Doesn’t matter to me that you support Cruz, but when you make a claim like you just did, just remember that your past comments are there for all to see.

Its a metaphor from war time. The men go off to war, but the family left behind keeps the home safe and warm by keeping the fireplace burning. In my use of the metaphor, I am wondering how far from traditional conservatism some are willing to wander to support their candidate. I’ve read some amazingly un-conservative things in recent days on FR, and that is what is making me wonder.

If the past 25+ years has shown us anything, it's the theoretical appeal of "traditional conservatism"... and the total ineptitude and essential impotence of traditional conservatives.
I can’t think of anything worse, except electing a Communist Democrat.
