That is your defense, every one does it? Trump has actually been consistent on positions since the early 80s. other then abortion which he changed around 2000 and has fully explained his change of heart to my satisfaction. cruz changes on the fly, now he is working with rubio and the GOPe in an absolutely desperate attempt to destroy Trump. That is why Sen. Sessions and Palin as well as other are coming out in force to support Trump.

Donald Trump has never been consistent on any issues except the advancement of Donald Trump. His flips have been on core issues, even the issues which have brought them to the threshold of the nomination: as late as 2013 he flipped on the wall.

There is a difference between changes in positions on issues like H1B visas when presented with new facts, which Ted Cruz has properly done, and inverting one's entire political philosophy after receiving a million-dollar study that told him what will work to get nominated in the Republican Party.

I’m still not buying into the theory that there is little or no difference between Democrats and Republicans, I think there is.

The problem is they are being controlled by the same group of globalist donors and special interest groups.

Does anyone really think that when a lobby group wants any specific legislation passed they only talk to Democrats or Republicans? Not a chance, they have to have votes in Congress from BOTH.

Why have we had politicians in office for the past 50 years who were all multi millionaires, yet our economy has gone downhill and the country is now $19 trillion in debt? How do people who have the financial savvy to make millions for themselves let the country go broke?

They are all controlled by the same group of mega billionaires who are actually running the show. Howard Hughes serves as a good example. When Nixon ran against Humpfrey (SP?) Hughes put $100,000 in the pocket of each under the table, thinking no matter who won the election, he would have the President’s ear. When Nixon won and started making cabinet appointments without Hughes’ consent, Hughes was livid. He was accustomed to the Governor of Nevada getting his permission for everything. It was said he asked Hughes if he could go pee...

This is very similar to what is happening now. The big money is behind both parties, no matter who is in office, they run the show, they pull the strings.

That’s why the politicians and media all hate Trump. He is not one who can be bought, stands his ground, and will not take orders from anyone.

I couldn’t read the article, I quit breitbart a while back when I noticed it was the slowest site to load I’ve ever seen, and continued trying to load forever. I don’t know if they ever fixed whatever was wrong, and I don’t want my computer loaded up with whatever was running on that site, so I no longer go there. From what was copied here I get the gist though, and it’s something I’ve seen happening for a long time.

Ever notice you never hear the name Rockefeller any more? Not much out of the Kennedys? Or Bill Gates for that matter...It wasn’t long ago Gates’ name was in the news almost daily. And Rothschild. When was the last time you heard that name? They didn’t just blink out of existence. Some families, or dynasties maybe, have enough money to keep their names out of the news. That’s dangerous. If they can control the press, they can control governments just as easily.

I’ve always liked Cruz, even though lately I’ve had to become suspicious, I still think he’s ok. I can see Trump means what he says, all you have to do is pay attention when he speaks. He’s not reciting a thing, he speaks his mind, as he always has. he has done very little changing on his views and positions, most has stayed constant for a long time. There are things I don’t like, but that’s more personality than policy. I’ll gladly vote for either, and I sincerely hope the establishment does not get their wish and manage to force them both out of the race...

Rubio - Establishment 110%.
Kasich - Won’t shut up, not the tough leader we need.
Carson - great guy, intelligent as hell, but not the president we need.

So that leaves only two who are really agreeable...to me anyway. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll get both on one ticket...
