Correct me if I’m wrong, but I seem to recall the exit polling looked very good for Romney in the afternoon, and by the evening the sad reality was that Obama crushed him.

Like I said, at this point it is just guesses

But, those google charts are fun to watch

I remember the 2004 election exit polls that had John Kerry winning handily, and people around these parts were despondent.

And then the exit polls for Governor Scott Walker showed him first getting recalled, then later not getting reelected. Obviously, those were completely wrong because he won both contests handily.

I look at exit polls released before the polls even close with a healthy dose of skepticism.
