That’s terrible. What happened to the orphaned child?
It was multiple children who were orphaned. - There was
plenty of extended family - sisters, grandparents, brothers,
left to take care of them. - My immediate family had been
cut off from that family due to a rancorous divorce,
remarriages, and living long distances from each other for
a long time. An old familiar story these days. - I don’t
know if the illegal has been up for parole yet; but there
are family members left who will be present for any hearings, so he may still be in prison. - The parents
killed in the wreck were decent, hard-working, church-going
people & a loss to the community.
