Sorry, but you are wrong. Jim has directed that there be no Trump bashing on Trump rally threads, and by inverse that means no Cruz bashing on Cruz rally threads. There are plenty of other threads available should you choose to bash the other guy instead of promoting yours.
Now, if someone is crazy enough to start a Rubio rally thread, well, all bets are off.
It's really not kosher to push nonfactual propaganda like this.
Cruz, and others like Mike Lee, spent all of 2013 RAISING MONEY for McDaniel, Bevin and other "anti-establishment" candidates running against RINO incumbants.
Cruz didn't give money until the primaries were OVER.
A smart move if you are determined to take the Senate away from the Democrats.
PS........IT WORKED.
I apologize. I got mad because there were SO MANY attacks on the Cruz rally thread.
I’m sorry.
I get hot headed and spurt and then forget it a minute later but it’s in ink forever!!!!
I wont bother the trump rallies but man, the Cruz thread got clocked today!!
either one is an improvement over Hillary by a country mile
He was there on March 2.
Here are the unofficial results from Hancock County, Maine:
892 people registered. This is a record number, at least doubled the previous numbers. Maine is a caucus state.
Cruz 408
Trump 220
The rest divided between Kasich, Rubio, Bush, Carson, Fiorina.
As noted the caucuses are starting and ending at different times so the results will not be known until later this evening. Voting started at 9:00 am and ended at noon. Voting was not done by precinct this year. It was a county-wide vote. Only registered Republicans could vote. Voting was done by paper ballot.
I’m having trouble with the link is there another? i have “no script” and temporarily cleared each script. still no connection to the vid.
i did see one or two from super tuesday that was about 2%. I think they have their own battle going on.
I think it’s just basic civility. I’m not enamored of Trump although I will vote for him in the general election. Meantime, I’ll respect his supporters and stay away from the rally threads.
I’ll vote twice for you on Tuesday. J/k
lol. Go ahead. Dems do it all the time.
You can have your mom’s.
I live in Washington State and we have the craziest voting method there is.
Here is the way it works. If you can figure it out let me know.
Here is one statement from the link: "On Feb. 9, both Democrats and Republicans will gather in precinct-level caucuses for the initial round of delegate selection, with the media poised to report which national candidates carried the day."
Now both my husband and I watch and listen to the news everyday and NEVER heard about a caucuses on Feb 9th. Nor did we hear anything from the media which national candidate carried the day.
A few years ago I went to Washington's kind of caucuses and it was so confusing, my husband and I shook our heads and left. To start out with it was like a clique of people.
Also we don't have polling places to go to anymore. When it comes to the actual time to vote, our ballots are sent to us in the mail. So by the time most WA. people know anything about what's going on the candidate has already been picked.
Read the link and you will see what I am talking about.
Why does Washington state hold both a caucus and a primary?
We are conservative on the East Side of the state, but the population is on the West Side, and they always rule.
trumps supporters are like five year olds and Ive lost count of the number of posts forwarded to Jim.
LOL! Jim Thompson has better things to do. :)>>>> some are and i was sending abuse reports out as well. name calling on any side is just stupid. i have tried to post intelligent rebuttals of comments and have visited the websites of each candidate. I personally think Cruz and Rubio web sites need to have policy statements not just bills they voted on or supported. List of these do not convey a philosophy and i would want that from a candidate. just sayin.
Reagan did not fall short of polls, Reagan over performed of his polling. He does better on election day than the polls indicate.
Trump is the opposite, his actual voting day numbers are consistently worse than the polls indicate. On Super Tuesday he under performed by an average of 11.5% against Cruz.>>> i said 15% but even 11% is problematic. can’t blame the candidate for that. but i’m thinking no one likes the pollsters and lie to them.
“This is a Cruz rally thread. Us Trump supporters are supposed to stay off, like they’re supposed to stay off our threads.”
Since when? I’ve never seen any “rules” here on FR except as regards civility, which seem to largely being ignored.
Coeur d’Alene/Population 46,402 (2013)
We’re pulling the Cruz bashes on this thread. Please mash abuse if you come across any that haven’t been pulled yet.
