There is an entire luxury market in Scotch. I don’t drinj alcohol, but I do collect luxury items, including Cognac and Port. Which you can keep for decades and increases in value. And of course, wines.

I don’t collect Scotch, but it is lucrative. Depending on the age/brand. Like buying gold, sort of.

And if ever the nuke goes off, you can fetch a high price when it is hard to find.

Did not have much luck with pressure cookers. It forced all the juice out of the meat, and the meat cam out dry.

But slow cookers work great. Cooking for 8 hours will bring the toughest meat to it’s knees.
