It is possible that Tommy DiMassimo was a plant, an enthusiastic low-ranking ISIS supporter, but with no real knowledge of the “inner group. Dimassimo could simply have been a stooge used to pulse the system (like the islamoterrorists do on planes) so that others in the crowd could see and video-record how the SS and other guards would react.
