in case you haven’t seen the video up on U tube, I’d be surpised if the elapsed time from when he jumped the barrier until he was restrained on the ground was under 2-3 seconds.
The dude was clearly waiting for his opportunity. He raised himself up to look to his right and then jumped. I can’t believe he made it to the stage. His hand was on it. They need more security.
