A MAC-10 is certainly not a hunting rifle. I have no issue with calling it a close assault weapon.
The twitter hashtags of the original video (re-posted on YouTube) connect it with BLM & Trump rally. Of course, the BLM thugs who posted it may have been lying on their twitter feed and have re-used a video made before the rally shutdown instead of firing it after shutting the rally. I suppose, he could have also been lying about BLM or his twitter name may not be same as his real name... etc.
I guess we all at FR better stick with media, GOPe, Cruz,... and continue blaming Trump's tone rather than these thugs, until all the myriads of such hypothetical shadows of doubt have been cleared up.
I call BS on this. It was clearly filmed inside a building somewhere. And, if it was filmed on a cell phone there may well be a GPS location embedded in the metadata, as well as the time and date.
In most jurisdictions it is illegal to discharge a firearm inside a building other than a designated firing range.
But I am just a picky, diehard 2A supporter, who wants to see existing gun laws enforced before we make any new ones.
It seems to me, there is more than enough evidence to pick Jamaal up and question him about the incident. If it was a white KKK member this would have been done already, and his expensive guns confiscated.
If this happened in Chicago, it shows just how well gun laws there work. And so do the regular southside shootings that are ignored by liberals and BLM.
