Bernie and Rubio were in the US Senate when HR 347 passed by unanimous consent. Cruz wasn't there, but Constitution Ted surely knows the law.

They were ALL negligent in not siding with Trump on this one. The message to the protestors should be they violated federal law.

They should be charged under that law. They can start with the ones in Kansas City and that ISIS poster boy, wherever that happened at. (not sure)
