Now the politicians will piss it away for some silly a$$ smelt
It’s not a miracle. It’s weather.
California always has droughts, then a lot of rain.
Been like that my whole life.
Only now leftists gave moronic subjects they can manipulate and use a normal weather pattern to gain more power and control.
Good. Now send it on down to Malibu.
Barbra Streisand’s lawn don’t water itself.
From the article: “Its definitely a step in the right direction, but its not a panacea. Were not saved, Hunt said. We dug a pretty big hole in a lot of spots.
Actually, you haven’t dug a hole in any spots. That is why you are in the place you are in right now. No new irrigation projects for fear of hurting some fish or snail or whatever.
The way of nature...rain, drought, feast, famine.
Think how much better off we in CA would be if we had built a single new reservoir in recent decades. But here the Left has long since won its war against common sense.
But the experts said it would take decades to recover from the drought resulting from man made warming.

Just hope some environmentalist doesn’t put some “endangered bait fish” in there and have the reservoirs declared off limits to water users!
Uh-oh, the Left is going to have to open the floodgates and let all that water run out of the reservoirs so they can continue rationing water. They cannot abide not rationing.
Rain and snow in March. It’s a miracle!!! /s
The city of Alma was flooded and is now completely under water...
Thank you Jesus!
I wish some of this rain would head for SoCal.
will they now pour it into the Pacific to save the Smelt?
Gonna be a good year for trout fishing!
The big problem is that during this whole drought, they have not built any additional storage capacity. So a lot of the runoff from the storms is just flowing out to sea. Unless and until they add a lot of reservoirs and underground storage, the drought will just come back in the first dry year.
During the California drought of 1976 77 the Dooms Day crowd was claiming it would take at least two years to fill Lake Shasta. Once the snow and rain started the lake was spilling by early summer. We don’t have water shortage we have a lack of storage. Humboldt county rainfall is at least 30% above average and Ruth Lake has been spilling since Dec
