The Islamic society at a top university has come under fire for holding a gala dinner where men and women were segregated from one another by a screen running down the middle of the room. Muslim students from the London School of Economics had to buy separate tickets to the society's annual dinner depending on whether they were a 'brother' or a 'sister'. When they turned up at the event, held at a banqueting hall in Central London, there was a large screen separating the men's tables from the women's ones, stopping the attendees from even looking at each other. Tickets to the Islamic society dinner at Grand Connaught Rooms, near the university in Holborn, sold out after being advertised online for £20 each.

I was shocked to read a NJ town runs sex segregated school buses. Those aren’t Muslim calling that shot, btw.

Lakewood? Public buses to private sex-segregated schools. Probably the most efficient way to transport the students. If you’ve ever passed a street corner there at 8 am you know the buses aren’t running empty.
If a NJ town transports public school children it also has to transport private school children. That’s why when I grew up, some of us had to walk a couple miles to school - transporting a few public school children would mean transporting nearly all the Catholic school children.
And the town we live in now gives us a transportation rebate for taking our daughter to private school. All the public school children get bused; but there aren’t enough students going to her school to get their own route - we drive her and get the rebate.
Been doing this for 1400 years.

yes they do and at other times too. Mennonites in our area seat the men and women apart. I don’t think families should be separated like this but some people do.
I’m betting they weren’t serving pork roast either. (Muzzies do as muzzies do.)
