Nah, too in-your-face, to obvious.

What she’ll do instead is (after the election, of course) pass the word that she’ll be consulting with BHO on a regular basis. Then the donations will swarm the BHO Foundation like flies to a steaming pile of horse manure.

Of course, Billy himself will REALLY have the ear of The Witch, so the Klintoon Foundation will still be making huge bucks.
