Kasich’s win in OH was not very impressive, given the fact that he’s a popular 2 term governor, and had been a representative from OH for 18 years, and 4 years in the OHIO senate before that. He only beat Trump by 12, Cruz won TX by 17.
Most candidate win their home states by huge margins. Mitt Romney won Massachusetts with 72 percent of the vote against 6 opponents, and he wasn’t a popular governor. Bush2 won TX in 2000, by 87 percent of the vote against 5 opponents.
Dems were crossing over big time for Kasich. They want to keep our primary going for as long as possible I think.
