I wonder if Trump has a friend in the FBI or a mole in the PIAPS campaign and has been given a heads up of what is coming down on PIAPS?
By bringing this up as the email scandal to her past he is showing a pattern of deception and undermining her trustworthiness
If PIAPS responds then Trump can give examples going back to 1974 which throws her of message. If she refuses to answer questions then she looks guilty. She is in a no win situation.
A step farther. I bet Trump is already planning to tie PIAPS corruption to hurting minorities and women.

She won't sue. If she did it would open the door to all her private records, communications, etc, during discovery. She has a whole warehouse full of skeletons that she needs to remain undisturbed.
