Police, natl grd and a bunch of flatbeds to haul dozen or two forklifts to put those cars in the dirt at the side of the road ???
Why is this being allowed? It looks like only a handful of idiots are being permitted to stop traffic. I don’t see ANYTHING being done to stop them or remove them.
If Phoenix has a police department, where on earth IS it?
