This is a pile of crap. Levin has offered an open invitation to Trump, but Trump can’t handle real questions from serious interviewers. Just like Donald is avoiding a debate with Cruz like the plague. As for the others, they too manage to avoid Levin, b/c they know that HE will ask questions that they can’t rationally answer.
Levin has interviewed Trump plenty of times...before he Cruzified himself.
Why should Trump bother with him now, let him interview Rafael.
Teddy isn't the #1; Trump is and debates are useless; we've already suffered through far too many of them!
And no matter WHAT people have claimed about Cruz, I've seen better debaters in high schools, than he has shown himself to be.
