Instead of whining about Trump, Cruz should be denouncing the National Enquirer article as a pack of lies, state without equivocation that he has NEVER been unfaithful to his wife Heidi, has NEVER had an affair, let alone a mistress or mistresses, and challenge the Enquirer to either produce the evidence they claim to have, or publish an immediate apology and retraction.
When Cruz does that, we’ll know he has absolutely nothing to hide. But this initial response attacking Trump for something the National Enquirer has reported (like they did with John Edwards and now have Silky Pony’s head mounted on their trophy wall) is nothing but semi-clever deflection and lawyer talk.
Cruz needs to man up and deny the whole thing.
Good point. The guilty man blames. The innocent man shows outrage and calmly goes over the truth, that he never was alone with any of these women.
Donald Trump had NOTHING to do with this. It is foolish to blame him; it looks really poor for Cruz, not Donald.
Imagine if Donald were stupid enough to demand his friend at the Enquirer publish lies about someone having sex they did not have. Why would the Enquirer set themselves up for a seven figure lawsuit? That kind of hurts (ask Gawker).
Cruz, if innocent, would have gone after the ENQUIRER, not Trump. It’s time for Lying Ted to go down. And not in a closet.
Cruz never even openly defended his natural born status, why would he defend other legitimate claims.
I agree. He needs to deny cheating, period. Instead, he turns it all on Trump and hides behind his wife and kids.
