I totally get what you're saying. Frankly, I thought five was a stretch.
But here's the thing, and I don't mean to shock... Ted doesn't look like the kind of guy who was much of a ladies' man.
A lot of women are attracted to powerful men. A lot are attracted to married men. And a lot are attracted to money.
The not-really-experienced Ted Cruz (my suspicions only) could have been overwhelmed by the attention, and set about making up for lost time.
To me, the most believable aspect of this would be Amanda Carpenter. He was physically separated from his wife, he was in frequent contact with her at work, and she clearly admires him.
The 18 year old hooker dressed up in judge's robes? Not sure I believe that.
The point is, these revelations about Cruz reveal he’s a fraud. The whole reason people have been supporting Cruz over Trump is because he has been touted as a true, genuine, committed, conservative, as opposed to Trump, who is supposedly a fake conservative. If Cruz is revealed to be a phony in his false portrayal of himself as a devoted, moral family man, that what does that tell us of his self-portrayal as a devout Constitutional Conservative?
This just demonstrates what many around here have been saying about Cruz. He’s a manipulative phony. What you see is not what you get. It’s all an act. The adultery is more important in revealing that side of his nature, than anything else.
lol...don't get me wrong...I'm a a huge Trump fan...but let me put two things in perspective...Melania Trump...what..late 30's? Early 40's? Gorgeous. Could have any man she wants if physicality were the thing...and 70 year old Donald Trump?

What have you gained if you get rid of Cruz? Trump is now damaged goods. I sure won’t vote for him, neither will any of my 10 plus local relatives....they’ve had it with Trump....we just won’t vote. Not to mention Trump has turned off millions with his childishness. There is NOTHING presidential about him.
Think Ronald Reagan...he brought dignity and honor to the office. I was in the crowd at his inauguration and I was just as proud of him the day he took office as the day he stepped down. Is Trump someone you can be proud of?

I did read the Rick Wilson tweets from a few weeks ago about it. He's been deleting like crazy. I was following the Michelle Fields stuff and reading his lame comments. I first saw it mentioned there ... and also the anonymous people. But the anonymous people were threatening Trump too.
I hate it all. Going to end up giving the election to Hillary. I don't believe Trump had anything to do with this scandal. He has too much in his past to trash anyone else about women, etc. This was Rubio camp (GOPe) who were first talking about it. Could be Soros/Hillary thought. Who knows at this point.
