Kasich was chairman of the House Budget Committee in the late ‘90s when the budget came into balance for about 3-4 years. No, he didn’t do it by himself, but he led the effort.
Nothing in any of my posts says that I want to void the votes of anyone (putting things in caps does not make you right) or steal the nomination from Trump. Being the leading vote getter does not get you the nomination. Trump will have to win the nomination, which means he somehow gets 1237 or more delegates. Those are the rules and have been since the beginning of the race. I do agree with you that if the Republican rules committee changes things to make it harder for Trump, it could result in chaos.
My point from the beginning is that Trump needs to make a deal that does not involve real estate. He needs to do what is necessary to get 1237 delegates, within the rules of the game he has now joined. But you, like Trump, apparently don't understand that - the magic number is not "more elected delegates than anyone else" the magic number is 1237.
By the way, I like the way you assume for whom I vote. First I was a Cruz supporter, now I am a Kasich supporter. But if you would have actually read what I posted, I am an ABC voter - although with the way Trump is behaving right now, I might stay home on election day.
Also, can you explain how the fact that Trump is winning is VERY relevant. I am an LA Dodgers fan - they were winning last year to the point where they won the National League West pennant. Then they lost in the playoffs. The fact that the Dodgers were winning before the playoffs didn't matter a bit at the end.
