She reached out and touched Trump and he didn’t want to be touched. Should Trump charge Fields with ‘simple battery’?? How far into crazy legal land do we want to go?? Fields alleged bruise injury didn’t happen during the incident and that was part of her accusation. An exaggerated claim for an exaggerated incident? It is fairly obvious this incident is using the law for political opportunism.
I’m not saying Trump “should”, but on legal technicality, he “could” swear out a complaint against her.
