That's one of the main fallacies of the anti-disrimination brainwashers -- in order to enforce their one-way, Orwellian dystopia, they must always discriminate against those who, they complain, are discriminatory.
In a supposedly free country, Christian confectioners should not be forced to pack anyone's fudge.
The moral of the story is that the best way to approach this (and any issue like it) is to just leave people, businesses, and organizations free to discriminate according to their just, natural preferences. Freedom of association means you don't have to hire me or let me in, and I don't have to work for you or join if I don't want to. NOTHING wrong with discrimination whatsoever, on any basis, or no basis at all.

The first amendment’s protections for freedom of assembly include for the purpose of commerce. As such, all transactions between private business and private individuals should be AGREEABLE to both parties. No party should be forced into a transaction that is disagreeable to either party.
Denying that freedom to an individual or business should require strict scrutiny standard of judicial review.
I agree. A private business should be free to refuse service to anyone for any reason. They should be free to hire or fire anyone they want to. The business owner is the one that invested their time and money. It doesn’t belong to the government or other freeloaders.

However, forcing ministers or churches to marry folks who violate either the minister’s or the church’s beliefs is going to be an interesting court case.
I do not see how they win that case.
I do see them able to deny a minister the governmental document that allows them to ‘solemnize’ marriage licenses.
That, however, will result in weddings held with no involvement of the government whatsoever. Some have advocated for that, anyway. I see both positives and negatives in such a result in terms of the culture and the ongoing debate over religious freedom.

Context: Sodom and Gomorrah were non-existent in the time of Isaiah's prophecy. They were destroyed in Genesis during the time of Abraham. The previous verse (9) indicates God's people had become as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the total destruction comes in chapters 3-4. We will be utterly destroyed.

The states that are establishing LGBT protections are also arguably violating Clause 1 of Section 10 of Article I, that clause prohibiting the states from establishing protected, privileged classes.
