If you talk someone into killing someone else, aren’t they still guilty of murder?

If the "woman" in question is 13 and is forced by her scummy 22 year old boyfriend to have an abortion, should she be punished?

If the abortion is ILLEGAL and she knowingly broke the law, she should be punished. BTW no one is forcing her to keep her scummy boyfriend, why not get rid of him instead?
